ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - BRYN MAWR AVENUE PARKING RESTRICTIONS
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion Chapter 145, Vehicles & Traffic, Section 145-114 Schedule XIV: Stopping or Standing Prohibited, to amend the hours of the Stopping or Standing Prohibited regulation on the south side of Bryn Mawr Avenue from 50 feet west of Levering Mill Road west for 166 feet and from 216 feet west of Levering Mill Road west for 326 feet; and by amending Section 145-117, Schedule XVII: Parking Prohibited Certain Hours, to establish a no parking regulation on the south side of Bryn Mawr Avenue from Academy Road to W. Amherst Road.
