Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to side a third floor gable dormer with Hardie Plank horizontal siding. The dormer is currently clad in asphalt roofing-type shingles.
On March 5, 2019, the HARB recommended approval of the application, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 2 and 9, with the suggestion that straight-edge shingles are preferable, and to allow for the use of corner boards if needed. |
