Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to:

a.    install a standing seam metal roof on the reconstructed porch of this residence; and

b.    replace unrepairable windows with Andersen 400 series Woodwright windows.

On January 8, 2019, the HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted. Metal roof sections shall be spaced in such a way as to make a symmetrical layout.

Residence was damaged by a tree last spring. Other extensive repairs have been done using in-kind materials.

A chimney was destroyed when the house was damaged, and will not be replaced.
