Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of the following improvments:

1. Alter the entryway to the business, including reconstruction of the pedestrian ramp along Youngs Ford Road with new code-compliant metal hand railings matching the style of the current railing.

2. On the Righters Mill Road side of the building, a new chimney will replace an existing chimney at a slightly different location.

On September 11, 2018, the HARB recommended approval of the application, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 9 and 10.
