Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of the following improvements:

1) install new front facade signage, consisting of a sign with engraved lettering and five gooseneck lights;

2) raised lettering on the side elevation adjoining the alleyway between the property and Ardmore Theater building.

On September 11, 2018, the HARB recommended approval of the submission, with the sign on the front elevation to be placed within the frieze. Five gooseneck lights are approved as shown, with electrical conduits to be hidden. The side elevation sign was approved as submitted.
