Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to hold a public hearing and adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter A180, Zoning, Historic Resource Inventory, to add the cottage located at 1219 Bryn Tyddyn Drive to the Historic Resource Inventory as a Class II Resource.
