On June 25, 2018, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the revised application, with the applicant to provide additional requested detail on the window system for the two-story glass enclosures on the east elevation. Applicant will provide staff with additional details of the five-faceted bay window leading to the terrace, with a subcommittee to review any questions that arise in staff’s review.
