Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to remove two double-hung windows on the rear of the house and enlarge the openings for the installation of single French doors with transoms. On the front of the house, a single double-hung window opening would be enlarged for a triple window unit, re-using the windows removed from the location of the new French doors on the rear.

On June 25, 2018, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application submitted, with the applicant to submit revised drawings clarifying details of the proposed construction with photographs of the existing masonry opening trim to be matched.
