Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to replace a rear porch with an enclosed two-story frame addition, replace slate roofing, and replace select windows and doors.

On June 25, 2018, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application. The Commission asks the architect to investigate salvaging slate roofing in its current locations, or to re-use it in portions of the rear porch roof. A subcommittee will review the skylight product and openings proposed for the rear porch roof and the basement egress windows.
