Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for McMoran Park Playground Renovation to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation.

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund in Playground Replacement Program (Job #4492).  The construction budget for this project which also includes the purchase and installation of playground equipment through Co-Stars contracts is $400,000.  The total project cost is $359,275 or 10% less than budgeted assuming the bid is awarded as recommended.
