ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - BRYN MAWR AVENUE, PARKING RESTRICTIONS AND NO STOPPING OR STANDING
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township Of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 thereof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, §145-117, Schedule XVII: Parking Prohibited Certain Hours, by prohibiting parking from, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday on the south side of Bryn Mawr Avenue from 216 feet west of Levering Mill Road west for 326 feet; and prohibiting stopping and standing from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the south side of Bryn Mawr Avenue from 50 feet west of Levering Mill Road west for 166 feet; and by removing previously enacted restrictions at the same locations.
