ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - CYNWYD CIRCLE, NO STOPPING OR STANDING
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 therof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, §145-115, Schedule XV: “Parking Prohibited At All Times” by rescinding the No Parking zone on the north side of Cynwyd Circle from Bryn Mawr Avenue east for 1/10th mile and adding a No Stopping Or Standing zone on the north side of Cynwyd Circle from Bryn Mawr Avenue east for 570 feet and on the south side of Cynwyd Circle from Bryn Mawr Avenue east for 58 feet.
