Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, §145-114, Schedule XIV: Stopping Or Standing Prohibited, to establish a “No Stopping Or Standing At Anytime” regulation on both sides of Elliott Avenue from Lancaster Avenue to Old Lancaster Road, and to delete the “Parking Prohibited At All Times” regulation at §145-115, Schedule XV for the same location.
