ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - BRIDGE WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, §145-126, Schedule XXVI: Weight Limitations to establish new weight limitations on the Mill Creek Bridge at the 1690 House and the Pennswood Road Bridge and by removing any weight limitation on the Remington Road Bridge.
