Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to replace some original wood half-timbering on the front façade with a textured composite material. Also proposed is a fence to partially enclose the side and front of the residence.

On June 5, 2018, the HARB recommended approval of a composite material with rough-sawn texture to match the original material, to be used solely within the facade area specified, and to approve the fence as submitted, citing compliance with Secretary of the Interior's Standard 9. Any approval of the fence should be conditioned on zoning and public works approval if located within the right-of-way, and its height and open area shall be subject to the Zoning Code.
