Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of a request to remove the following condition from the list of approved conditions of approval:

23.   A temporary easement shall be recorded until such time as a final determination is made with regard to the relocation of the sanitary lateral serving 146 Anton Road that crosses Lot 2.

And to amend the following conditions: 

1.     The Township Engineer’s review letter dated November 24, 2017 shall be incorporated by reference into these conditions of approval, with the exception of Item B-16 which shall not apply until a home is constructed on Lot 2, to the extent the same is not inconsistent with these conditions of approval.

26.  Prior to construction of a house on Lot 2 or the renovation or demolition of the existing house on Lot 1 and the construction of a new house, the applicant shall document the existing conditions of Llanfair Road. The applicant shall be required to place funds in escrow sufficient to repair damage to the private portion of Llanfair Road caused by construction.
