Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners denial of the application to approve a storefront reconstruction as installed, which differs from a design approved by HARB in July, 2016.

On March 6, 2018, the HARB recommended denial of this application as submitted, because a variety of details do not comply with what was previously approved, including:  the use of vinyl, framing, the placement of the sign, and the muntin patterns.
