THIS PUBLIC HEARING AND ORDINANCE ADOPTION HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO THE APRIL 18, 2018 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING.
An Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 155, Zoning, Articles IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, Sections 155-12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, and 36 to amend the area and width regulations by increasing the minimum lot width for single-family detached dwellings.
This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners held January 24, 2018 and duly advertised in the March 8, 2018 and March 13, 2018 editions of the Times Herald. |
