Consider for approval authorizing staff to prepare an ordinance to add the two contributing buildings on these properties to the Historic Resource Inventory, as Class 2 resources.  On March 14, 2018, the Building & Planning Committee recommended adding these structures, currently 503 and 507 Old Lancaster Road, in the Haverford Station Historic District, to the Historic Resource Inventory as Class 2 resources, as requested by the applicant, in accordance with criteria 1, 8, and 10 of the Secretary of the Interior Standards.
