Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Ardmore Pump Station Electrical and Ventilation Upgrade to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund – Gulph Creek/Ardmore Pumping Station Studies/Upgrade Project #4714.  The construction budget for this project was $426,000.  This bid award is $16,360 or 4% more than the construction budget.  This project is funded by a PA Small Water Sewer Grant which should cover the costs of this contract and the associated design and bidding costs.
