Consider for approval a proposal to construct an exterior ramp leading to a side entrance of the temple and school.   On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of this application as proposed, subject to further mitigation of the ramp with the inclusion of landscaping, subject to staff review, and the stainless steel elements of the ramp and railings shall be brushed/bead-blasted to reduce glare.
