Consider for approval installation of lettering and a logo onto a brick façade above existing storefront windows.  On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of this application in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10, subject to the following:

• The electrical supply to the lighting will not have exposed conduits on the exterior facade
• Vinyl window graphics will be applied to the interior of the storefront glass
