On February 6, 2018, the HARB recommended approval of this application in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10, subject to the following:

• The electrical supply to the lighting will not have exposed conduits on the exterior facade
• Vinyl window graphics will be applied to the interior of the storefront glass
