Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Community Development Division to enter into contract with Montgomery County for the Assessment of Fair Housing Report as required by HUD’s Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Rule. The maximum cost from the Township will be $7,500 and funded with CDBG Administration funds. |
