Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise notice of a public hearing and intention to adopt an Ordinance on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter A167, as such fees pertain to Chapters 5, 90, 115, 119, 121, 133, 135, 140, 143, 149, and 155, to provide for the addition of certain fees and the increase in other fees as they relate to the administrative code, health and sanitation, plumbing, real estate registry, runoff and erosion control, streets and sidewalks, subdivision and land development, telecommunications facilities, uniform construction code, watercourses, and zoning.
