An Ordinance to amend the Township Code, Chapter 109 “Parks and Playgrounds” § 109-16, Firearms, Fireworks, to authorize posting Township Parks to prohibit the discharge of a Firearm or Bow, except where authorized by the Board of Commissioners.

This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held August 2, 2017 and duly advertised in the September 10, 2017 editions of the Main Line Times.
