Consider for approval facade renovations, signs, and awnings including the following: uncover four previously obscured storefront windows (including one that had been faced with horizontal vinyl siding), install two signs on each side of the corner entrance door, install vinyl window graphics, restore transoms that had been covered by Radio Shack’s box signs, repaint the façade and cornice, and install striped awnings. On September 13,2017, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted, citing compliance with Standards 9 and 10.
