ITEM: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS - 615 Montgomery Avenue, Merion Station, Merion Friends Meeting/General Wayne Inn Historic District, 17-28
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to remove a 12-foot section of a dry-set retaining wall facing Montgomery Avenue, which is leaning, for examination and design study. Stones will be stored and re-installed with mortared joints to match other existing sections of the wall. |
