Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of a new 16 ft. wide by 2 ft. tall illuminated wall sign for a tea room which would cover a portion of the storefront’s existing transom windows.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

On September 12, 2017 HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted, subject to zoning requirements. Some design modifications that would center the text over the storefront windows and move the icon over the entrance door will be subject to the final review of a subcommittee.
