Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of a request from the Ardmore Initiative and the Cricket Avenue businesses for a waiver from Township Code Section 111-4.2 to allow the sale/use of alcoholic beverages for an Oktoberfest event on September 23, 2017 on Cricket Avenue between Lancaster Avenue and Cricket Terrace and in the outdoor patio space between Nudy’s & McCloskey's Tavern.
