Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of a proposal to install a new projecting, illuminated sign for a restaurant space that will occupy two storefronts in the building currently under renovation at 29-33 East Lancaster Avenue. On July 25, 2017 HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted, citing compliance with Standards 9 and 10. |
