Consider for approval the transfer of a 2,000 square foot property owned by the Township.  In return, the Township will receive a public easement granting public access to the proposed river trail along with public use of 6 trail head parking spaces on the 605 Righters Ferry property.  This approval shall include a public easement on any future trail extension through the Aquahab portion of the property constructed by the applicant at some future time.
