ITEM: POLLUTANT REDUCTION PLAN (PRP) FOR THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) PERMIT RENEWAL
Consider for approval authorization for the submission of the PRP as part of the MS4 renewal application to Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), subject to an evaluation of the public comments received through August 4, 2017 and comments by the Board of Commissioners as well as receipt of answers to questions posed by the Board of Commissioners with any resulting significant changes in the revised plan being brought back to the Board of Commissioners for approval in September prior to submission of the final plan. |
