Consider for approval a 2.5-story rear addition to this Dutch Colonial home. The addition would continue the front-facing gambrel roof to significantly increase the home’s footprint.  Windows shall be aluminum-clad wood with simulated divided lights. On July 12, 2017, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted, in compliance with Standards 9 and 10, subject to Zoning Hearing Board approval.  The Building & Planning Committee finds that the continuation of the existing non-conformity is consistent with the architecture.
