Consider for approval changes to the elevations including a large vent on the rear (Trolley Way) ground level façade. Other changes include adjusted window and material configurations. A previous concept of this five-story residential/retail building was approved in July 2016.  On July 12, 2017, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted. If the design changes further from the July, 2016 plans, the applicant should return. The fence surrounding the pedestrian spaces on the roof may be increased in height to 5 feet if needed without further review.
