Consider for approval new signs at the front and rear entrances of the former Party Land store in the Rittenhouse Arcade building. Signs will consist of internally illuminated channel letters and logo mounted to an existing raceway. On July 12, 2017, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted, citing compliance with Standard 9. |
