On July 11, 2017, HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted, in compliance with Standards 9 and 10. Windows shall be aluminum-clad wood with simulated divided lights. Approval is subject to Zoning Hearing Board approval, and the HARB finds that the continuation of the existing non-conformity is consistent with the architecture. |
