ITEM:  CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS - 47-65 Cricket Avenue, Ardmore, Ardmore Historic District, 17-17

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners changes to the elevations including a large vent on the rear (Trolley Way) ground level façade. Other changes include adjusted window and material configurations. A previous concept of this five-story residential/retail building was approved by the HARB in July, 2016.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

On July 11, 2017, HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted. If the design changes further from the July, 2016 plans, the applicant should return. The fence surrounding the pedestrian spaces on the roof may be increased in height to 5 feet if needed without further review.
