Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance on July 19, 2017 to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 105 thereof, entitled Noise and Exterior Lighting, by deleting existing noise regulations in Article I and II in their entirety and creating a new set of noise standards.
