Consider for approval the construction of a 4-story apartment structure with 22 units over an underground parking area located on the western part of the property. The historic resources on the property include a 110-unit apartment building and a chapel that has been converted into a medical office building. On June 7, 2017, the Building & Planning Committee found that the revisions are consistent with the previous approvals and cause no additional impact to the historic resources. The Committee recommended the applicant consider using a lighter colored brick on the third floor and alternative facade materials on the fourth floor. |
