AGENDA ITEM INFORMATION ITEM:  HISTORICAL COMMISSION - 2017-LD-13 : 6/18 Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood – Palmer – Class 1 Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners the construction of a 4-story apartment structure with 22 units over an underground parking area located on the western part of the property. The historic resources on the property include a 110-unit apartment building and a chapel that has been converted into a medical office building.  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: On May 22, 2017, the Historical Commission found that the revisions are consistent with the previous approvals and cause no additional impact to the historic resources. The Commission recommended the applicant consider using a lighter colored brick on the third floor and alternative facade materials on the fourth floor. It should be noted that there was not a quorum of members present although a majority of those present voted to recommend approval of this item.
