Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a proposal to demolish the existing house and subdivide the 12,530-square foot lot into two lots. The plan shows the construction of two, two-family semi-detached dwellings on each lot served by a common driveway from Montgomery Avenue.

On Monday, May 1, 2017 the Planning Commission recommended denial of the following waiver associated with this application:

The Planning Commission did not make a recommendation on the subdivision application.
