Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners modifications to a previously approved addition to the Kaplan Wing, an existing modern wing attached to the historic resource. The addition is proposed to be clad in red and gray brick but was previously shown clad in stone with a relief panel and a different window arrangement. |

On Monday, March 27, 2017 the Historical Commission recommended approval of the revised design as depicted in plans submitted on March 17, 2017 including the slight recesses at window heads and spandrels as shown. Façade materials shall be a mixture of red and gray brick. A record set of drawings is to be submitted to staff to match the plan and renderings. |
