Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request to amend previously approved HARB applications for the buildings located at 29-33 East Lancaster Avenue which are existing contiguous storefronts. The entry door to 29 E. Lancaster Avenue has been moved to the same plane as the front elevation and will not be recessed as initially planned. Several minor updates and alterations to the rear elevations are also proposed including maintaining an existing egress door.

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request to replace windows and repair brickwork on the existing one-story structure. A two-story addition is also proposed above the existing structure, replicating the brickwork and three-bay layout facing Rittenhouse Place. Two bays of the north side elevation will be faced with brick and the remainder will be clad in cement siding. A railing is proposed along the current front roofline. A pilot house is also proposed on the roof to provide access to a roof deck.

15.VERIZON LEASE EXTENSION

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners extending an existing antenna lease with Verizon for an additional 20 year period through 2038 in Gladwyne Park for the existing antenna and an expansion of the lease to include the installation of a generator between the tower and the existing equipment shed at the park.
