Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to renovate the existing rear facades of the buildings and to partially demolish rear garages to create an open roofed outdoor space. A new overhang would be installed at the rear of the existing building, supported by steel and brick piers. A similar overhang would be constructed in place of two of the current garage spaces; one current garage space will be used for dumpsters.

15.CROWN CASTLE LEASE EXTENSION

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request from Crown Castle to extend an existing lease for the wireless antenna monopole structure at the sewer pump station located at the intersection of Mt. Pleasant Road and Spring Mill Road in Bryn Mawr through August 31, 2039.

16.LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE - Time Permitting
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise a notice of intent to adopt an ordinance amendment on January 18, 2017 to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 101, Natural Features Conservation, §101-11, Site Maintenance and Guaranty, to provide that landscape improvements required for commercial and/or multi-family developments must be perpetually maintained and guaranteed by a covenant running with the land; to provide that landscape improvements required for all other projects must be guaranteed for a period of eighteen months; to provide for inspection of landscape improvements by the Township Arborist; and to provide minimum fines and penalties for the failure to replace landscape materials that are determined not to be in healthy and sound condition.
