On September 7, 2016 HARB recommended approval as submitted, with the understanding that all electrical connections will be concealed, the aluminum sub-frame supporting the letters shall be modified, if possible, to not span the entire width of the clerestory windows, but instead be anchored to the first mullion in on each side rather than the brick area surrounding the windows.
