Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace a greenhouse-type storefront window with rounded transoms with a more traditional storefront window. Work will include stucco repair and replacing the door to the retail space with details to be determined. The air conditioning unit in the transom area above the doorway will be replaced with a window. THE HARB RECOMMENDATION WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE FINAL AGENDA.

On Tuesday, March 7. 2017 HARB made a motion to recommend approval of the application as submitted, pending the submission of a revised drawing showing the correct storefront window mullion divisions.
