Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners the installation of a pool and deck adjoining the historic resource and an addition built in 2009-10.

On Monday, February 27, 2017 the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application as submitted for an above ground pool with veneered stone walls and a composite deck with painted metal railings. The new construction will not fasten to the existing historic resource. A record set of drawings shall be submitted for review by staff.
