Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request to replace windows and repair brickwork on the existing one-story structure. A two-story addition is also proposed above the existing structure, replicating the brickwork and three-bay layout facing Rittenhouse Place. Two bays of the north side elevation will be faced with brick and the remainder will be clad in cement siding. A railing is proposed along the current front roofline. A pilot house is also proposed on the roof to provide access to a roof deck. |
