Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners a request to demolish this Class 2 structure. 

On January 23, 2017 the Historical Commission recommended denial of the request to demolish the resource and further recommended that demolition be delayed for a period of 30 days. The Historical Commission requested additional documentation be submitted per the Township Code to include a dimensioned first floor plan to scale and additional photographs of several detail items to be relayed through staff, in addition to photos taken during demolition as offered by the applicant. 

The language above reflects the actual Historical Commission recommendation. However, since this is a Class 2 structure the appropriate recommendation for the Building and Planning Committee to consider is a recommendation for approval subject to a 30-day delay.
